About Us

PadelPalz was born from our love of padel and a simple belief that children’s sports should inspire joy and ambition. We set out to design a program where every bounce, every swing, and every smile pushes children forward—helping them grow stronger, more confident, and more connected. Our classes aren’t just about padel. They’re a gateway into all racquet sports, blending movement, ball skills, and imaginative play into a seamless experience. From the first playful bounce to relay races and rallies, our 10-week curriculum strikes the perfect balance of fun and progress-oriented development. Whether they are Little Lobbers, Rally Rascals, or Super Smashers, every child will find joy in movement, pride in achievements, and friendships in our growing community.

Our Methodology

Foundational Motor Skills

Every class is designed to build both gross and fine motor skills through structured, age-appropriate activities. Children develop balance, agility, and spatial awareness—laying the groundwork for long-term athletic confidence and physical literacy.

Ball and Racquet Fundamentals

From the very first sessions, children learn to engage with the ball and racquet in fun, accessible ways. Activities progress from simple handling and tracking to controlled movement and contact, fostering hand-eye coordination and introducing core racquet sport concepts.

Social Emotional Engagement

Classes emphasizes teamwork through partner games and group activities. Children practice taking turns, listening, and encouraging one another. Along the way, they learn how to manage emotions, solve small conflicts, and celebrate shared success.

Our Classes

With assistance from adults, Little Lobbers will participate in fun activities, including mini games and interactive storytelling, that focus on three fundamental aspects of Padel: the racquet, the ball, and their own body.

The Rally Rascals will continue to build on the three fundamental aspects of Padel through a variety of age-appropriate  activities.
At this stage we will introduce “Padel Time,” which resembles real game play and introduces the net and the wall.

The Super Smashers class is the most advanced of the three. The structure is similar to the Rally Rascals class, but some activities will offer additionalchallenges for the age group. Instead of the game portion, more time will be dedicated to Padel Time and real game play.
